experimental build 0847 - September 21, 2017

I know I'm releasing this build 2 weeks after, but it's better be late than never, right?

I wasn't able to play much for the past 2 weeks, so wasn't able to test it.  I've heard that Cat's spells in this are now rather weak.  Is it true?  What do you guys want to see in it?

Btw, I have made a winter/frozen-theme version of this build.  Have fun!~

Classic 2.017 BETA build 847 - September 21, 2017
- (bug) fixed a bug in Mice Death message being repeated to the player who just died
- (bug) further moved the Cat's DT spawn locations a bit
- (bug) disabled Extractor as Cat can't build Extractor on the gas in the map.  Drone is reporting the gas is unreachable.
- (balance) decreased Zerg Carapace's base time from 5 to 1, increased factor from 0 to 1.
